Orders

How can I track my order? 
If you choose tracked shipping at checkout, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can then follow instructions from your shipping provider to track your order using the provided number.

I have placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email, where is it?
If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you provided a mobile number at checkout, a text message may have also been sent. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, please email us at hellotheeveryspace@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and resend the email if necessary.


I placed a store-pick-up order, when will it be ready?
If you have placed a store-pick-up order, please wait for an email notification to say your order is ready top collect. We aim to get orders ready within 24 hours but it may take longer to prepare over weekends and holiday periods. We will contact you if we have any questions about your order.

I ordered a personalised product from Karin Akesson in-store, when will it be ready and how will I be notified?
Personalised orders typically take 2-3 days to be ready, unless you have been advised otherwise. The maker will contact you once your order is ready to collect or has been shipped using the email or phone number you provided. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to email Karin at hello@karinakesson.com.
 
I would like to cancel my order, how can I do that?
If you need to cancel an order please email us at hellotheeveryspace.com as soon as possible, including your order number. Keep in mind that we can only cancel orders that have not been dispatched and are not made to order. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the standard returns process outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

Gifting

Can you add a gift note to my order?
If your order is for someone else and you would like to add a gift note please enter your message at the checkout. If you have already placed your order please email us at hellotheeveryspace@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your order number. Keep in mind that we can only add gift notes to orders that have not yet been packaged and/or dispatched.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Please let us know in the message section at the checkout if you'd like your order wrapped.

Do you offer gift receipts?
All orders are shipped with a packing slip that does not contain price information. Your tax receipt is automatically sent by email when you have completed the checkout process.
 
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do. You can purchase gift cards here online and in-store. Gift Cards are digital and can be used in both of our shops and online.
 
Do you sell gift cards for workshops?
Yes we do you can purchase workshop gift cards here and in-store.
 
I have received a gift card, how can I use it?
You can spend your gift card credit online and in both of our stores. You will need your gift card code at the checkout when purchasing online and in-store. Please make note of your gift card expiry date, gift cards past their expiry dates will not be able to be redeemed.

Your gift card is valid for 1 year from its purchase date. Please make note of your gift card expiry date, gift cards past their expiry dates will not be able to be redeemed.

 

Shipping

What delivery methods do you offer?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard for UK deliveries.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending and are visible at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered, the delivery location and the delivery provider and method selected. Read more about shipping here.

Do you offer local delivery?
We offer free local delivery with E17 postcodes for purchases over £150 and for purchases under £150 we charge £10. We will contact you to arrange delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive once it has been dispatched?
Your order arrival date will vary depending on your location and delivery method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be advised at checkout. Read more about shipping here.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer EU shipping for small and medium parcels up to 3KG at a flat rate of £15.

Do I have to pay customs and import tax?
Our Non-UK customers will be responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Read more about shipping here.

I received an email to say my order has been delivered but it hasn't, where is it?
If you have received a delivery notification and haven’t received your order please check the tracking information. If you can’t trace your order please email us at hellotheeveryspace@gmail.com as soon as possible (no later than 14 days).

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you decide that the product is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it, you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. 
Returns are free if you follow the returns process outlined in our Returns Policy.

Are any items excluded from your returns policy?
We do not accept returns on the following: earrings, plants, flowers, giftcards/vouchers, perishable food items, facemasks or beauty products where the seal is broken. However If the product arrives damaged, is faulty or not as described, we will honour our returns policy and / or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our cost. .

Do you offer free returns?
Returns are free if you follow the returns process outlined on our Returns policy.

Can I exchange a product?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you decide that the product is not the right item and you'd like to swap it, you can do so. We accept returns for exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. 

How long will it take for my refund to come through?
Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund and notify you of this by email. Kindly note refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to appear on your account.

What happens if my order is damaged or lost upon return?
Please note you, the customer, are responsible for the safe return of the product to our brand partner. We are therefore not liable for any damaged or lost returns, and more information about this can be found in our Shipping Policy.

 

Workshops

What workshops do you offer?
We regularly run workshops on plant care, including 'House Plant Happiness', 'House Plant Propagation' and 'Terrarium Making'. Our workshops are designed to help you get the most from your plants and help you look after them with confidence. Our workshops make great gifts for house plant lovers or beginners. You can book a slot or buy a gift voucher for another time on our Workshops Page.

I have booked onto a workshop but I can no longer attend, can or get a refund or exchange for another date?
If you are no longer able to attend a workshop, cancellations up to 48 hours before the session will be sent a credit voucher for rebooking on an alternative date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session cannot be refunded.

Are your shop spaces available to hire for private events?
We offer both our Plant Shop and Gift Shop for private hire. If you are interested in hiring either of our spaces please get in touch.

 

Brands

How do you source the brands you stock?
We carefully select our brands and products to curate our range of thoughtful and beautiful gifts. We source them through trade shows, online, the local community and more.

I'm interested in selling my products with you, how do I apply?
If you think your brand and products would be a good fit for us, please email us at hellotheeveryspace@gmail.com. Important things to include in your email:Let us know a bit about who you are and your business. Include social and web links.
  • Send us your wholesale line sheet or product range straight away. If you don’t have one make it clear which of your products are available for wholesale.
  • We get that you might not want to send us your prices straight away, but when you do it’s really important to include your cost price, not just your RRP.
  • Other info, such as whether you are a VAT registered business and what your shipping costs are.
  • Let us know quantities your products are packed in and what your minimum order quantity is if you have one.
  • It’s also good to know what your processing times are from order to delivery. Do you hold stock? Make to order?
  • And anything you can think of that makes your products stand out from the masses.

I have an inquiry for one of your concession brands, how do I get in touch with them?
If you have an enquiry for one of our concession brands, please go to our Concession Brands page to find out how to contact them directly.

I'm interested in working at The Every Space, do you have any vacancies and how can I apply?
While we are a small team at The Every Space and job openings are scarce, we welcome anyone who is interested in working with us to introduce themselves. Please email us your CV and cover letter to hellotheeveryspace@gmail.com, and we will keep you in mind for future opportunities.

I have sent an email inquiry but haven't had a response, when will I hear back?
Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours. However, during busy periods, it may take a bit longer. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders before following up. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting in touch with you soon.

We regularly offer discounts such as shipping and newsletter sign-up. Only one discount per order unless otherwise stated.
