Botanical Facial Steam - Ayurvedic Wild Garden

The combination of steam with botanicals will cleanse the skin, remove impurities, hydrate and promote circulation, aid in skin renewal and calm the nervous system.

How it works:

Place a small handful of petals in a basin and cover with boiling water. Drape a towel over your head and place your face near the bowl, being careful not to touch the bowl or water as it will be very hot. 

Allow the towel to cover the bowl to trap the steam. Steam your face for 5-10 minutes. Always steam with a clean face. Apply moisturiser afterward.

Please compost petals or scatter them around your garden.

Ingredients: Chamomile Flowers, Rose Petals, Lavender Buds, Calendula Petals, Lemon Balm, Rosehips, and Orange Triangles.
