Place one herbal bath soak in the bath and start filling with water. To ensure all herbs become saturated, squeeze the bag lightly so it absorbs like a sponge. Do this a few times to make sure you get the best out of the botanical properties. Keep the door closed so the therapeutic aromas are kept in the room. Suitable for infants over 3 months.
