The Verre Tête Bougie Green candle is a fusion of artistry and functionality. The head-shaped glass vessel is mouth-blown from recycled glass and molded in the likeness of one of La Soufflerie's founders, Sebastien. It captures his distinct features with exquisite detail and unparalleled craftsmanship. Unscented, all-natural wax is then poured into the glass to create the Verre Tête Bougie Green. It will add a touch of personality and charm to your space.
After burning the candle through, you end up with a drinking glass!
These are entirely made by hand and each creation is unique. Therefore, there may be a slight variation in colour, texture, and size between each piece. On the base of each item, you can feel the pontil mark left by the glassblower’s cane. The presence of this mark indicates that the glass was blown freehand. This is the beauty of handmade.
Pigmented glass is mixed into the furnace during the glassblowing. This means that the glass itself is colored instead of painted. Our glass is durable and no changes or fading occur with continued use over time.
Care:
We do recommend handwashing as much as possible to avoid scratches from the dishwasher and to keep the glass sparkling. But, know that our glassware is dishwasher resistant and can be cleaned in the dishwasher
