A hot & cold pack in linen for natural pain relief and general comfort. Simply pop in the microwave or oven for warmth. It shapes around your body, offers targeted pain relief and can be cooled down to reduce swelling. Wrap around your shoulders, hips or belly and use as a more flexible alternative to the traditional hot water bottle.
